How long have your technicians worked here?

Many for years, some well over a decade. Come meet them and ask them yourself.

What happens when a job goes sideways or comes back?

We own it, we fix it, and we learn from it. No blame games.

Who pays for training?

We do. Ongoing technical training is paid.

How is work assigned?

Fairly, and with your strengths in mind. Ask a current technician how it actually works.

Can I speak privately with someone who already works here?

Yes. Tell us and we will arrange it, confidentially.

What is one thing Urban is still trying to improve?
